Whole Bison Share: Approximately 300 - 350lbs of meat for your freezer.
The ultimate value for families. Get every cut from nose to tail, premium steaks: (ribeye, NY strip, sirloin, filets), slow-cook cuts and roasts (chuck, brisket, sirloin tip, tri-tip), specialty items (short ribs, osso buco, stew meat), and ground bison.
Best price per pound. Requires 12-16 cubic feet of freezer space.
Half Bison Share : Approximately 150 - 175lbs of meat for your freezer.
The sweet spot for most families. A full range of premium steaks, roasts, specialty cuts, and ground bison without needing a massive freezer.
Excellent value per pound. Requires 6-8 cubic feet of freezer space.
Quarter Bison Share: Approximately 75 - 90lbs of meat for your freezer.

All shares include a complete variety of cuts to give you the perfect bison experience. Processor fee will be added and calculated into the final invoice.
Once your cut sheet has been submitted to our processor, all orders are final and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. Please carefully review your cut sheet before submitting it, as changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Delivery to home,meat is tasty,will buy again for sure
Wow! 5 Star bison raised on a local family ranch in the plains of Colorado. We bought a share and it was personally delivered within days by owner Kyle. Our first meal was a White Peaks Bison smorgasbord dinner with bison ribeyes, bison filets and bison burgers. Better than a top steak house. And we had a blind-taste test with a White Peaks bison filet versus an Omaha Steaks prime filet. Everyone picked White Peaks Bison. Incredibly fresh and tasty (not to mention leaner and healthier than chicken and beef). We highly recommend White Peaks Bison. Exceptional bison and service from a local Colorado ranch!
The owner is so personable and very accomodating. The meat is amazing. We ordered a flank steak and 10 pounds of ground buffalo. Super happy to find this amazing meat so close to home. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

What are my purchasing options?
We offer three ways to buy: Bulk Shares (whole, half, or quarter bison with maximum variety and best value per pound), Bundles & Boxes (curated selections like our Steak Box, Ground Bison Box, or 30lb Box—perfect for specific preferences without the full commitment), and Individual Cuts (steaks, roasts, ground bison, and specialty items available by the package). Bulk shares require 3-16 cubic feet of freezer space depending on size, while boxes and individual cuts need much less. Some products are also available as subscriptions for added convenience.
How does shipping work?
We ship nationwide via UPS Ground every Monday and Tuesday. Orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen in insulated boxes with gel packs or dry ice. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days depending on your location, and you'll receive tracking information once your order ships. We also offer local pickup at convenient Colorado locations. All packaging is curbside recyclable.
Is bison healthier than beef?
Yes! Bison is leaner than beef, higher in protein, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids, and lower in calories and saturated fat. It's one of the most nutrient-dense red meats available.
