Slow-cooked dinners are where bison shines, and this box is built around them. You get four different roasts from our ranch, each paired with a recipe card, so you can work your way through pot roast, shredded tacos, sliced roast, and smoked brisket without repeating a meal.

What's inside (about 14 lbs total):

  • Chuck Roast: (2.5-3.5 lbs): rich, deep flavor for classic pot roast
  • Arm Roast: (2.5-3.5 lbs): melts into tender shredded bison for tacos and sandwiches
  • Rump Roast: (2.5-3.5 lbs): lean and flavorful, great slow-roasted and sliced
  • Bison Brisket: (4.5-5.5 lbs): the showpiece, for the smoker or a long braise
  • 4 recipe card: one for each cut

Everything You Need To Know

We ship orders every week on Mondays and Tuesdays via UPS Ground to ensure your bison arrives fresh and frozen. All orders are carefully packed with insulated liners and shipped frozen using gel packs or dry ice to maintain quality during transit.

Important: If your order contains dry ice, do not touch it directly with bare skin. Allow it to evaporate in a well-ventilated area. Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause injury.

Sustainability Note: Our shipping boxes and insulated liners are curbside recyclable. Please recycle responsibly.

As long as your order totals at least $50, we offer a $5 delivery rate within 50 miles. Just choose delivery at checkout and input your address.

What are my purchasing options?

We offer three ways to buy: Bulk Shares (whole, half, or quarter bison with maximum variety and best value per pound), Bundles & Boxes (curated selections like our Steak Box, Ground Bison Box, or 30lb Box—perfect for specific preferences without the full commitment), and Individual Cuts (steaks, roasts, ground bison, and specialty items available by the package). Bulk shares require 3-16 cubic feet of freezer space depending on size, while boxes and individual cuts need much less. Some products are also available as subscriptions for added convenience.

How does shipping work?

We ship nationwide via UPS Ground every Monday and Tuesday. Orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen in insulated boxes with gel packs or dry ice. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days depending on your location, and you'll receive tracking information once your order ships. We also offer local pickup at convenient Colorado locations. All packaging is curbside recyclable.

Is bison healthier than beef?

Yes! Bison is leaner than beef, higher in protein, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids, and lower in calories and saturated fat. It's one of the most nutrient-dense red meats available.
